We run group-based parenting programmes which are focused, short-term interventions aimed at improving the quality of the parent-child relationship. The content of the parenting programmes may vary in style and structure ranging from those that support parents to cope better with raising a child in general to those that work with parents facing specific difficulties.

Adult Provision

Advocacy is a process of empowerment that enables those who are vulnerable and may have difficulty speaking up for themselves to express their views and enforce their rights. The increasing complexity of modern life; social exclusion, language and literacy problems, family breakdown or disability can leave some people at a disadvantage in exercising their rights in society.

Young People Provision


This programme was previously known as “R U ready…or Not Quite Yet”. Delay is about supporting young people to wait till they themselves are genuinely ready for sex, while also giving them information, skills and resources about condoms, contraception and negotiating safer sex. Research shows that many young people regret and don’t enjoy early sex.
